[Kay Spang, B.S.W./M.P.A.]  

Kay Spang, published author of Away Games, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, and Master of Public Administration while attending the University of Montana. She is an enrolled member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and has worked in Tribal communities for over 20 years. She earned Oregon's D.P.S.S.T. certification and served as a senior police officer/Field Training Officer for a tribal police department. She has made the Pacific Coast her home, along wit her partner, family and friends.
